Simpson Thacher Represents KKR in Financing Related to Its Acquisition of Webhelp

Simpson Thacher is representing Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. in connection with the financing of its acquisition of Webhelp Group, an international outsourcing business from Charterhouse. The transaction is subject to customary antitrust and regulatory approvals and is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2016.
