KKR to Acquire LGC

Simpson Thacher is representing Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. in connection with its acquisition of LGC, an international life sciences management and testing company from Bridgepoint. The transaction is subject to customary antitrust approvals and is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2016.
