Litigation Partner Tyler Robinson will co-chair the ICC’s advanced level training session on document production in international arbitration, to be held on November 1, 2015 in Miami, Florida in conjunction with the 13th Annual International Chamber of Commerce’s Miami Conference on International Arbitration in Latin America. During the training, Tyler will lead a session titled, “Thinking Strategically about the Document Production Process,” involving interactive case studies that implicate the strategic decisions parties to international arbitration must make when considering how to structure the document production process.
