Simpson Thacher recently represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. and UBS Securities LLC, as joint lead arrangers, in connection with a $1.54 billion senior secured facilities and of UBS Investment Bank and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, as lead initial purchasers, in connection with a $535 million senior unsecured notes offering, in each case to finance Stone Point Capital’s acquisition of a 50% equity stake in Alliant Holdings I, L.P. for $3.376 billion in cash and equity.
