The Firm represented Nielsen in the reorganization of its corporate structure pursuant to which Nielsen Holdings plc, a public limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, became the publicly traded parent company of the Nielsen group of companies. The change in the place of incorporation from the Netherlands was effected pursuant to a cross-border merger between Nielsen N.V. and Nielsen Holdings plc effective on August 31, 2015.
