Pro Bono Counsel Harlene Katzman presented at a televised Lawline Production of A Basic Overview of Deferred Action in Immigration Law. She spoke about the role that law firm pro bono can play in meeting the needs of individuals in low-income communities who might be eligible for this type of immigration relief. The program is available online for free and was part of Lawline’s own pro bono efforts. Her co-panelists were immigration attorneys from Fragomen Worldwide and the City Bar Justice Center.
