Simpson Thacher represented Bridgepoint in connection with the formation and raising of Bridgepoint Europe V. The fund closed with total commitments of €4 billion, reaching its hard cap.
Bridgepoint Europe V will focus on the European middle market, typically investing in businesses with an enterprise value of between €150 million and €600 million.
