The Firm represented ClubCorp Holdings, Inc. (“ClubCorp”), a portfolio company of KSL Capital Partners, LLC, and a selling stockholder affiliated with KSL Capital Partners, LLC (the “Selling Stockholder”), in connection with a secondary offering of common stock. The Selling Stockholder sold 10,000,000 shares of common stock in the offering and received all of the proceeds from the offering. The shares of ClubCorp are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “MYCC.”

ClubCorp is a membership-based leisure business and a leading owner-operator of private golf and country clubs and business, sports and alumni clubs in North America.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as underwriter in the offering and has a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of common stock from the Selling Stockholder.
