Simpson Thacher represented Vestar Capital Partners and its portfolio company, DeVilbiss Holdings LLC, in connection with the sale of DeVilbiss Healthcare LLC to Drive Medical on July 2, 2015. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. DeVilbiss Healthcare, headquartered in Somerset, PA, is a global manufacturer of respiratory and sleep products. Drive Medical, headquartered in Port Washington, NY, is one of the fastest-growing manufacturers of durable medical equipment in the healthcare industry.
