Corporate Partner Alan Klein organized and chaired the International Bar Association's 14th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference in New York City on June 10 and 11. The conference brought together practitioners from around the world to discuss the latest emerging developments in international M&A law. Litigation Partner Jeff Knox moderated a panel which discussed significant developments in the application of anti-corruption laws in the M&A context. Other speakers and commentators at the conference included the Honorable Leo E. Strine Jr., Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court and the Honorable Andre G.
