Simpson Thacher has received a Department of Defense Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) award for its support of associates serving in the reserves. The award also recognizes the Firm’s veteran-related activities, including pro bono assistance at a Houston Veterans Clinic, pro bono formation of Columbia University’s Veterans Association, pro bono assistance for discharged veterans, and several programs related to veterans issues. James Cross, John Lobrano, Susan Osnato, Jonathan Lindabury and Joyce Xu also received individual ESGR awards.
