The Firm represented Alvogen and Pamplona Capital Management ("Pamplona”) in connection with Pamplona’s sale of a controlling stake in Alvogen to a consortium of investors led by CVC Capital Partners.
Alvogen is an international, privately owned pharmaceuticals company focused on developing, manufacturing and selling generic, brand, over-the-counter brands and biosimilar products.
