The Firm represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as a lead arranger, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, in connection with a term loan of $800 million for Coty Inc. (“Coty”).
Founded in Paris in 1904, Coty is a pure play beauty company with a portfolio of well-known fragrances, color cosmetics and skin & body care products sold in over 130 countries and territories.
