The Firm represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC as joint bookrunning managers, in connection with a public offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of debt securities of The Charles Schwab Corporation, consisting of $625 million aggregate principal amount of 1.5% Senior Notes due 2018 and $375 million aggregate principal amount of 3% Senior Notes due 2025. The offering closed on March 10, 2015.
