Simpson Thacher represented the underwriter, Goldman, Sachs & Co., in connection with a secondary offering by a fund affiliated with The Carlyle Group of 20,000,000 shares of common stock of CommScope Holding Company, Inc. (“CommScope”), resulting in net proceeds of $612.4 million to the selling stockholder.
