Simpson Thacher represented funds advised by Apax Partners in connection with the financing of the purchase of Exact Software N.V. (“Exact”) for approximately €730 million.
Exact, headquartered in the Netherlands, provides entrepreneurial businesses with information technology, delivering sophisticated business software solutions and high quality services. It develops industry-specific on-premises, hosted and cloud-based solutions in a wide variety of industries.
