The Firm represented the lead arrangers and Toronto Dominion (Texas), LLC, as administrative agent, in connection with a refinancing amendment to the revolving credit facility of SBA Senior Finance II LLC (“SBA”), a wholly owned subsidiary of SBA Communications Corporation, that, among other things, increased the availability under SBA’s revolving credit facility from $770 million to $1 billion and extended the maturity date thereof.
