Litigation Partner David Woll was recognized by

David was honored for his recent work on residential mortgage-backed securities cases for Deutsche Bank, including winning a dismissal of a $330 million mortgage repurchase suit in a closely-watched appeal to New York's Appellate Division, which ruled that plaintiff's claims were barred by the statute of limitations.
