Simpson Thacher corporate partner Lee Meyerson will co-chair Practising Law Institute’s annual "Banking Law Institute" on December 10, 2014 in New York. The program will provide a comprehensive overview of the evolving regulatory framework for systemically important and smaller banks and financial firms, including new capital requirements and the Volcker Rule. Panelists include representatives from the key federal banking agencies as well as in-house and private firm practitioners.
