Corporate Partner Bill Hinman was recognized by Law360 as an “MVP” in Capital Markets for 2014.  Bill was honored for his work on several of the year’s most complex and high-profile transactions including his representation of Alibaba Group in its initial public offering which, at $25 billion, is the largest IPO in history.  Hong Kong partner,  Leiming Chen, has been similarly recognized for his work on that matter.  In addition to his impressive IPO work, Bill was also honored for his role in major debt transactions including Oracle Corp.’s $10 billion investment-grade note offering.  Bill remarks that his blockbuster capital market deals are “a lot of fun ... the folks you get to work with are often the best and brightest at what they do — that includes the management teams as well the bankers, accountants and other legal teams. It’s a great environment in which to work and I feel very fortunate to have been involved in a few of them.”
