Simpson Thacher recently represented Hub International Limited (“Hub”)  in connection with Hub’s private placement of $280 million aggregate principal amount of 7.875% Senior Notes due 2021 (the “New Notes”).  The New Notes were issued as additional notes under the same indenture governing Hub’s $950 million aggregate principal amount of 7.875% Senior Notes due 2021 that were issued on October 2, 2013 (the “Original Notes”).  The New Notes have identical terms to, and will be treated as a single series with, the Original Notes.
