Lori Lesser, Event Co-Chair, and Buzz Frahn to Speak at “Open Source and Free Software 2014: Benefits, Risks and Challenges”

Intellectual Property Partner Lori E. Lesser will co-chair, and Lori and Intellectual Property Partner Harrison “Buzz” Frahn will speak at, Practising Law Institute’s “Open Source and Free Software 2014: Benefits, Risks and Challenges” conference on November 12, 2014 in New York and December 10, 2014 in San Francisco, respectively. Lori will speak on “Ethics Issues for the Open Source Practitioner,” which will discuss attorneys’ ethical issues in client counseling matters, recent ethics cases involving technology, ethics in negotiation scenarios and issues in privilege and confidentiality. Buzz will speak on the same topic at the San Francisco program.
