Litigation Partner Bruce Angiolillo will participate in the ABA Business Law Section 2014 Delaware Business Law Forum on October 24-25 in Wilmington, Delaware. The Forum will conclude with a mock argument before Delaware Supreme Court Justice Karen L. Valihura on claims arising from board adopted bylaws pertaining to director qualifications and compensation, cost shifting, exclusive forum and mandatory arbitration, with Bruce arguing for the defendants.
