The Firm recently advised the underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Itau BBA USA Securities Inc., on the initial public offering of ordinary shares of Atento S.A. The ordinary shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ATTO.”
Atento is the largest provider of customer relationship management and business process outsourcing services in Latin America and Spain, and among the top three providers globally, based on revenues. It offers a comprehensive portfolio of services, including customer services, sales, credit management, technical support, service desk and back office services.
