The Firm recently represented the underwriters, led by Goldman, Sachs & Co., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, in the initial public offering by Vivint Solar, Inc. (“Vivint Solar”), of 20,600,000 shares of common stock, which raised gross proceeds of approximately $330 million. Vivint Solar’s shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “VSLR.”
Vivint Solar, a portfolio company of the Blackstone Group L.P., is a leading provider of residential solar energy systems in the United States.
