The Firm is representing Riverstone Holdings LLC (“Riverstone”) and its affiliate, Eagle Energy Exploration LLC (“Eagle”), in connection with the acquisition financing relating to Eagle’s agreement to purchase oil and gas assets from investment funds affiliated with Fairway Resources Partners. The properties to be acquired include 20,000 net acres in Alfalfa, Grant and Woods counties in Oklahoma.
