Simpson Thacher Represents Underwriters in the HK$1.4 Billion (US$183.4 Million) Hong Kong Initial Public Offering and Rule 144A/Regulation S Offering by Yida China Holdings Limited

The Firm represented the underwriters in the initial public offering in Hong Kong and Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Yida China Holdings Limited (Yida). Yida sold an aggregate of 580,000,000 ordinary shares in the offering (before greenshoe) and raised gross proceeds of approximately HK$1.4 billion (US$183.4 million). Yida is the largest business park developer in the PRC in terms of completed GFA as of December 31, 2013 and is also a leading business park operator. Yida develops, leases and sells properties in, and manages large scale, high quality and low density business parks, which integrate office buildings and residential properties. Yida also develops and sells residential properties in multi-functional, integrated residential community projects and provides property management and construction, decoration and landscaping services. The ordinary shares of Yida are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Deutsche Bank acted as the sole sponsor. Deutsche Bank, Citi and Morgan Stanley acted as the joint global coordinators, and Deutsche Bank, Citi, Morgan Stanley, CMB International, CCB International and GF Securities acted as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
