The Firm represented Brixmor Property Group Inc. in connection with a $775 million secondary offering, consisting of 34,442,500 shares of common stock (including 4,492,500 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ full exercise of their option to purchase additional shares) at a public offering price of $22.50 per share.
Brixmor is a real estate investment trust listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “BRX.” Brixmor owns and operates the nation's largest wholly-owned portfolio of grocery-anchored community and neighborhood shopping centers, with more than 520 properties aggregating approximately 87 million square feet of gross leasable area located primarily across the top 50 U.S. metropolitan statistical areas.
