The Firm recently represented affiliates of Palladium Equity Partners LLC, as fund and co-investment counsel, in connection with its purchase of Q’Max Solutions Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1993, Q’Max is an independent oilfield services company focused on providing drilling fluids and solids control services to national and independent oil companies in Latin America, North America and Asia.
The Simpson Thacher team includes Olga Gutman, Nicole Washington, Linda Tieh and Adam Weiner (Corporate); John Creed and SeoJung Park (Tax); and Jeanne Annarumma (Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits).
