For the fourth consecutive year, Victor Cole has been re-appointed Co-Chair of the Patent Litigation Committee of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association, the most influential bar association of lawyers practicing patent, trademark or copyright law in the jurisdictions of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Under his leadership, the Patent Litigation Committee has grown to become the largest committee of the Association. The Committee promotes the development and administration of intellectual property and related laws, organizes popular CLE programs, and makes recommendations with respect to legislation and rules affecting patent litigation.
