The Firm recently represented Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited in connection with its follow-on offering of 25,000,000 American Depositary Shares representing ordinary shares (ADSs) raising gross proceeds of US$87.5 million (prior to the exercise of the over-allotment option). The underwriters for the offering were Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc.
