Simpson Thacher Corporate Partner Patrick Ryan co-chaired and Corporate Partner Jennifer Hobbs spoke at Practising Law Institute’s Leveraged Financing 2014 Conference on May 7, 2014 in New York. The program provided an overview of key concepts and strategies in serving leveraged companies, including portfolio companies of private equity firms.
Mr. Ryan participated on the panel entitled “Leveraged Financing Today” which provided a market overview as well as private equity strategies, refinancing needs and techniques and trends in deal structures among other related information. Ms. Hobbs spoke on the panel entitled “Structuring the Deal” that discussed important considerations and perspectives involved in organizing a deal.
