The Firm represented GSO Capital Partners in its mobile advertising joint venture (Axonix Ltd) with an affiliate of Telefónica S.A., the Spanish broadband and telecommunications provider. Axonix intends to develop its mobile advertising business using certain intellectual property assets previously acquired out of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings by an affiliate of GSO.
