Simpson Thacher corporate Partner Rob Spatt will be a guest faculty member at The University of Pennsylvania Law School on Tuesday, April 15, 2014. As part of the “Widening the Lens on Corporate Law” course which is run by Chief Justice Leo E. Strine, Jr. of the Delaware Supreme Court and Professor Michael Wachter, Mr. Spatt will be a featured speaker for a class focusing on “Confidentiality Agreements and Standstills.” Mr. Spatt will be accompanied by two other practitioners.
