The Firm represented Shanghai Yupei Group (“Yupei”) in connection with the investments in Yupei by affiliates of RRJ Capital and SeaTown Holdings International in an aggregate amount of up to US$250 million. The proceeds from the investments will be used by Yupei to carry out its enhanced national expansion plans.
Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Shanghai, Yupei is one of the largest domestic modern logistics warehouse developers and operators in China. Its business operations cover design, development, leasing, and management of modern logistics warehousing facilities.
