The Firm is representing First Reserve Corporation in connection with its sale of all of its interests in SES Holdings Limited, the parent holding company of Saxon Energy Services, to Schlumberger Limited. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of regulatory approvals.
Saxon is an international oilfield services company that currently operates a fleet of 87 drilling rigs in 10 countries and provides support services to an additional 35 rigs worldwide.
