Simpson Thacher advised the underwriters on a $600 million debt offering by Concho Resources Inc. BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities were the joint book-running managers. Concho Resources is an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in the acquisition, development and exploration of oil and natural gas properties.
