Simpson Thacher represented KSL Capital in connection with the formation of KSL Capital Partners Credit Opportunities Fund, L.P., a new private investment fund focused on performing real estate debt investments. The fund raised over $385 million of capital commitments. KSL Capital is a private investment firm that focuses on opportunities in travel and leisure businesses, including the hospitality, recreation, club, real estate and travel services and sectors. KSL also manages two other private equity funds focused on equity investments, which together have capital commitments in excess of $3 billion.
