Simpson Thacher is representing Evercore Partners Inc. in its establishment of its Private Capital Advisory (PCA) business, which is focused on secondary transactions for private funds interests. Nigel Dawn and Nicolas Lanel have agreed to join Evercore to lead the business. Mr. Dawn will run PCA globally while Mr. Lanel will head up the European operation.
