The Firm is representing J.P. Morgan Securities LLC in its role as financial advisor to Jabil Circuit, Inc. (NYSE: JBL) in connection with iQor Holdings, Inc.’s announced acquisition of Jabil’s aftermarket services business for $725 million. The transaction is expected to close in Jabil’s third fiscal quarter of 2014, subject to customary closing conditions, including certain regulatory approvals and receipt of third party consents.
Jabil is an electronic product solutions company providing comprehensive electronics design, manufacturing and aftermarket product management services to global electronics and technology companies.
