For the third consecutive year, Simpson Thacher received a perfect score of 100 percent in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (“HRC”) 2014 Corporate Equality Index (“CEI”). The 2014 CEI rated more than 730 companies and firms on their employment practices, policies and benefits impacting LGBT employees.
