The Firm recently represented Andino Investment Holding S.A.A. (“AIH”) in connection with its US$115 million global offering of 11.000% Senior Notes due 2020 issued pursuant to the exemptions from registration provided by Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933. This was AIH’s inaugural offering of securities in the international capital markets. BofA Merrill Lynch and Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as initial purchasers in the offering, which closed on November 13.
AIH is a leading conglomerate operating exclusively in Peru, that provides fully integrated logistics services in a variety of industries and operates public ports and airport facilities through public concessions.
