The Firm represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, in connection with a registered offering by Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (“Broadridge”) of $400 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.950% Senior Notes due 2020.
Broadridge is a leading provider of investor communications and technology-driven solutions for broker-dealers, banks, mutual funds and corporate issuers.
