The Firm recently represented the underwriter, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, in connection with a registered public offering of common stock of Generac Holdings Inc. A total of approximately $227.2 million in net proceeds was raised in the offering. Affiliates of CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC received all of the gross proceeds from the offering.
Generac Holdings Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of a wide range of generators and other engine powered products for the residential, light commercial, industrial and construction markets.
