The Firm represented Blue Water Worldwide (“BWW”) in connection with its acquisition of Electro Dunas S.A.A. (“Electro Dunas”), a publicly-listed (Lima Stock Exchange) Peruvian electricity distribution company covering the Ica region of Peru with over 200,000 customers. The transaction was carried out through several acquisitions of Electro Dunas’ equity over the course of eighteen months. BWW is a holding company focused on developing, owning and operating real asset and infrastructure businesses with operations in the United States, Argentina and Peru. Electro Dunas has an enterprise value of approximately $100 million.
