Simpson Thacher litigation partner Mary Kay Vyskocil will speak on the topic of “Appeals to the Appellate Division” at the NYCLA CLE “Advice From More Experts: More Successful Strategies for Winning Commercial Cases in New York State Courts” on June 11, 2013.
Program panelists include seven judges from the Appellate Division and Commercial Division and other leading practitioners, some of whom, including Mary Kay, contributed to the 6-volume treatise Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts, which all attendees receive as course material.
