Brian D. Robbins to Speak at Two Upcoming Seminars on Executive Compensation

Simpson Thacher partner and head of the Firm's Executive Compensation and Employee Benefit Practice Group Brian D. Robbins will speak at the Harvard Roundtable on Executive Compensation on June 27, 2013 at the Harvard Club of New York City. The first session entitled “Pay-Setting Processes and Engagement with Shareholders” will focus on issues relating to the process of determining executive compensation, including internal pay-setting processes, disclosure and communication to investors, review by proxy advisors, engagement with shareholders concerning pay and say-on-pay votes. The second session entitled “Terms of Pay Arrangements” will focus on the terms of pay arrangements, including pay levels, pay composition and pay structures. In addition, Mr. Robbins will speak on a panel at Practising Law Institute’s “ERISA: The Evolving World 2013” seminar on August 6, 2013 in New York. The panel entitled “The M&A Transactional Practice” will cover types of transactions, due diligence, representations and warranties, covenants, indemnities, executive compensation and practical considerations.
