The Firm recently represented eircom in an offering of €350 million of 9.25% senior secured notes due 2020 issued by eircom Finance Limited and guaranteed by eircom Holdings (Ireland) Limited and certain of its subsidiaries. The offering was conducted in reliance upon Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933.
Eircom is the principal provider of fixed line telecommunications services in Ireland and operates the third largest mobile telecommunications provider in Ireland.
