On May 21, the New York office hosted 17 high school freshmen and sophomores from the FDNY High School for Fire and Life Safety in Brooklyn as part of the Firm’s Urban Education Initiative. The students learned about different jobs within a law firm and participated in a moot court oral argument. Twenty-three Simpson Thacher staff members and attorneys participated in this program, which was organized by Urban Education Initiative Coordinator Sabrina Carreras and led by Senior Real Estate Paralegal Christopher M. Garcia, Paralegal Specialist Kristin Glaudel and Corporate associate Paul Rodriguez.
