Simpson Thacher recently represented TeamSystem Holding S.p.A. (“TeamSystem”) in connection with its private offering of €300 million aggregate principal amount of 7.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2020. TeamSystem is a leading software provider for micro, small and medium-sized businesses in Italy.
